Refund Policy

(1) 7-Day Unconditional Return Policy:
In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act for Special Sales (remote and door-to-door transactions), you are entitled to return the product unconditionally within 7 days of receipt (including public holidays). Please note, the 7-day period is for evaluation purposes only and not for trial use. During this period, you can review, inspect, and compare the product and request a refund or return within 7 days.
Please open and inspect your package within 7 days of receipt to ensure the product has no defects or missing parts. After 7 days, the special sales provisions of Article 19 will no longer apply.
※ For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
※ For members of the 1% Nutrition website, returns and refunds will be deducted from your accumulated purchase history.

(2) Exchange Policy:
If you discover any product defects or missing parts within the 7-day evaluation period (e.g., damaged bottle or incorrect product delivery), you may contact customer service to request an exchange.
※ Exchanges due to personal reasons (wrong item ordered, color discrepancy, product scent, or not meeting expectations) will not be accepted. In such cases, the entire order must be returned following the relevant return process, and you may place a new order if needed.

(3) Return Guidelines:
Returned products must be in brand new condition and include all original packaging (e.g., product boxes and external packaging). You must contact customer service and complete the return request within 7 days of receipt (including holidays). The customer service team will assist you with the return process. Please follow the instructions to return the product along with the invoice. If you do not comply, 1% Nutrition reserves the right to reject your return/refund request.
※ Use the original or an equivalent shipping box for returns and include any accessories and promotional gifts. Do not modify the packaging or product.
※ Any discounts applied to the original order will be canceled if a return is made. If the remaining items no longer meet the promotional conditions, the difference will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees will also be deducted if the order falls below the free shipping threshold.
※ Each order is eligible for one free return or exchange. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day period, you must cover the return shipping costs. For exchanges, you are responsible for the return and reshipping fees.

(4) Circumstances Where Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted:

  1. Products that have exceeded the 7-day evaluation period.
  2. Products that have been opened or used.
  3. Products without an invoice.
  4. Custom-made products.
  5. Products not purchased from the official website.

Refund Method

Credit Card and LINE Pay:
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 7 to 14 business days after the returned items have been inspected.

For 7-Eleven Pickup Payment and ATM Virtual Account Payments:
Please provide your bank or postal account details. We will complete the balance transfer to your specified account within 7 business days, with no service fees deducted.

Return & Refund Processing Time

Once the return package is shipped, the return and refund process will take approximately 7 to 14 business days to complete the inspection of the returned items and process the refund.

If you used a credit card, please note:
After the refund is processed, it may take 7 to 14 days for your credit card issuer to complete the transaction. The actual time may vary depending on your individual credit card billing cycle. For specific refund timing, please contact your original credit card issuer.

Application Conditions

  1. The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product (including holidays).
  2. The product must be in brand-new, unused condition.
  3. The invoice must be returned with the product.
  4. The product must not be customized.
  5. Gifts and discount coupons must also be returned.
  6. The product must have been purchased from the official 1% Nutrition website.
