How to Redeem Points:
1. Go to the Member Center in the bottom-right corner of the page.
2. Select [Ways to redeem > Order discount], then choose the number of points you want to redeem and convert them into a discount code.
3. Enter the redeemed discount code at Checkout to apply the points to your order total.

Point Expiration:
Points are valid for 12 months.
Newly accumulated points or redeemed points can extend the expiration period.

Points Practical Example A:
Mr. A earned 100 points at 10:00 AM on October 20, 2024. These points are valid until 10:00 AM on October 20, 2025.
Mr. A then earned an additional 100 points at 8:00 AM on December 10, 2024. The total 200 points will now be extended and valid until 8:00 AM on December 10, 2025.

Points Practical Example B:
Mr. B earned 100 points at 7:00 AM on October 20, 2024. If there are no additional purchases or points redemptions by 7:00 AM on October 20, 2025, all 100 points will expire on that date and time.

Eligibility Rules
To qualify for your birthday gift, make sure to complete your birthday information in the Member Center at least 30 days before your birthday. If not completed in time, the benefit will be available starting the following year.

Redemption Process
Head to the Member Center and navigate to [Point Accumulation > VIP Exclusive Birthday Gift]. You can redeem your birthday gift up to 7 days before your birthday to receive 15,000 points, valued at NT$150.

Redemption Deadline
The redemption period is limited to your birthday month. If not claimed within the specified time, the birthday points will not be issued for that year

Membership Validity
Membership operates on a calendar-year system, valid from the date of your first purchase until December 31 of the following year.

Membership Upgrades
Your membership tier is calculated at the time a valid order is placed. If your purchase qualifies for an upgrade, it will take effect immediately (even skipping tiers). The new tier will remain valid through December 31 of the following year.

Skipping Tiers
Make a single purchase of NT$5,000 or more to become a Thriving Member. The system will automatically grant the Thriving Member upgrade gift, but the Flourishing Member upgrade gift will not be issued.

Downgrade Policy

• If you cancel an order or process a return/exchange, points will be automatically deducted, and your membership tier will revert to its previous level.
• If no new points are earned or used for over a year, membership will automatically revert to Budding Member.

Practical Example: Member A

• Mr. A joined the 1% Plant Loyalty Program on June 20, 2024, becoming a Budding Member.
• On July 10, 2024, Mr. A made a purchase of NT$3,480 and earned 3,480 points. After completing payment, he was upgraded to Flourishing Member, with this status valid until December 31, 2025.

1. Member Login: Please log in to your member account before placing an order. Purchases made without logging in will not be eligible for the use of reward points or any promotional points awarded at the time of purchase.
2. Reward Points Usage: Reward points are for the exclusive use of the registered 1% nutrition website member (account holder). Each member account accumulates points independently, and points cannot be transferred, merged, or combined between different accounts. 1% nutrition does not have the authority to perform such operations.
3. Point Calculation: Upon successful payment and order completion, members will receive reward points based on their membership level at the time of purchase. Points will be calculated and automatically credited to the member's account within approximately 10 days.
4. Order Cancellations and Returns: In the case of order cancellations or returns, the corresponding accumulated consumption amount will be deducted. 1% nutrition reserves the right to adjust the member’s level and cancel the awarded reward points based on the situation.
5. Combining Reward Points and Discount Codes: Whether reward points and discount codes can be used simultaneously depends on the promotion at the time of purchase. Add items to your cart to calculate and apply them. The final checkout result will determine the validity of their combined use.
6. Membership Validity: If a member's qualification is deemed invalid by the company, the membership and all accumulated reward points will be forfeited.
7. Community Activity Rewards: Rewards for official community activities are subject to the specific rules of the current promotion.
8. Reward Points Usage: Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash, change, or other gifts.
9. Limited-Time Promotions: For limited-time reward point promotions, points will be issued to qualifying members on a first-come, first-served basis according to the conditions of the activity. Members cannot demand additional reward points beyond the specified limits.
10. Reward Points Expiration: Unused reward points will automatically expire at the end of their validity period. The validity period is based on the information in the member’s reward point account. Members are responsible for keeping track of expiration dates. Ensure you remember your account and password. 1% nutrition will not restore expired points or provide any equivalent compensation. We recommend enabling notification settings to avoid missing important messages.
11. Rights to Modify Terms: 1% nutrition reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this program and its terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the official website. Continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
